PRACTICE WITH ME IN-PERSON

TRX STRENGTH: Develop strength, balance, and core stability in just 45 minutes.

This circuit style workout will feature the TRX Suspension Trainer combined with dynamic bodyweight exercises, kettlebells, dumbbells, and resistance bands.

Each class will begin with a warm-up to prep your joints and end with a short cool down stretch.

No prior experience with the TRX is required and this class is suitable for all levels: beginner, intermediate, or advanced. Come prepared to sweat, laugh, and most importantly, have fun!

Tuesday & Thursday 6:30 am - Performance Health & Fitness

YOGA DETOUR: Enjoy a practice focused on infusing strength and stability into yoga asana. 

This class moves at an accessible pace, waking up the body thoughtfully and methodically with the assistance of blocks, straps and dowels. 

Though these classes may not move as quickly as a flow class, students should come prepared to work hard as they learn about how their bodies are designed to move. 

Suitable to all levels — even the seasoned practitioner will pick up a few tips and tricks in this class.
