Meghan has been an athlete all her life.

Growing up, she played everything from soccer to gymnastics including four years of Division II softball and that’s where she began to develop a host of overuse injuries (including tendonitis in her throwing arm and severe sciatic pain in her right hip.)

Back then, there was no strength training protocol for female athletes. Upon graduation Meghan took up long distance running as a way to stay active and that’s when things really came to a head.

It culminated with a call for help to a friend from her living room floor where her sciatic pain had her pinned down.

After that, Meghan decided to make it her mission to help other athletes get the movement training they were missing so that they could go farther, faster, and stronger.

She has since gone on to receive a myriad of certifications in personal training, nutrition and yoga.

She has also completed a variety of ultra distance races including the Pineland Farms 50, The Ragged 75 - 3 day Stage Race, The Barkley Fall Classic, the Ghost Train 100 miler, and the Tahoe 200.
