How many times have you set yourself a goal to get fit or healthy only to turn around 3 months later and see that not only have you’ve made virtually no progress but you feel like your life is more of a hot mess than before?  

I know it’s not because you’re lazy or unmotivated.  I know that because this same thing has happened to me more times than I’d like to admit.

The real issue here is that nobody ever taught us how to set the right kind of goals, what framework to use for long term success, how to map out what actions we’ll take in the following days/weeks/months, or what critical mindset shifts would have to happen.  

I used to get really motivated to do something, set a big goal, spend all day thinking about it, and then get up the next morning and not have the slightest idea where to start.  

It wasn’t until I had failed to achieve so many goals that I finally stopped and took a good hard look at what I was doing (and what I wasn’t doing) in relation to all of these other people around me that were accomplishing their goals and then some. 

As a society we’re great at telling people they can be whatever it is that they wanna be! We make all the vision boards, and the goals lists, and motivational quote memes, and the mantra bracelets...

But we’re horrible at teaching people what’s actually needed to go from ‘wouldn’t it be awesome’ to ‘that WAS awesome.’ 

The scary part is that if you continue down the same path you’re on now, you’ll only achieve a fraction of the really awesome things that you want during the course of your life. 

Over the last few years I’ve cracked the goal achievement code and I’m excited to teach it to you so that you can start checking goals off your list left and right!

Time is a very elusive thing, but by spending these two weeks with us in the program learning this process you’ll actually end up saving yourself countless hours on the back end.  In the You 2.0 program you’ll learn the exact framework you need to be able to set high quality goals and map out your route to achieve them.
